Cancer filter, graph and prompts functionality (these report on an active diagnoses)

MBS Items categories now include non VR GP numbers for Health Checks, Care Plans, Cycles of Care, Medications Reviews
- Note that the nKPI Report MBS item number categories do NOT include new non VR GP item numbers. AIHW has advised the Department of Health has not approved any change.

CV Event Risk will report 'High Risk' for patients that match the criteria specified in the NVDPA guidelines
Indicated CKD report will include patients without diagnosis and with eGFR<60 and no ACR

- Both the CV Event report and CKD report will need a recalculation for older extracts to reflect the changes in the algorithm
Respiratory Meds filter has the new COPD combination with ICS (ICS/LAMA/LABA)
Waist measurement report has a new category for "< 18yrs Not Recorded"
- For older extracts a recalculation will be required to show the new report category
Spirometry report title updated to reflect that reports POST data only
PAT Cleansing Indicated Condition Reports will exclude patients that have been reviewed by the practice as not having the condition
- This information will only be available from CAT4 V4.15 onward, a recalculation is required to see this information in the relevant report
Import Service Improvements
- Revised code to help recover when database server is unavailable and/or unexpected errors occur
- Extract import is given high priority over most automated processes
  - Some automated processes will abort execution when it detects there are extracts in the Request Queue

PATCAT

PenCS Licensing Integration
- All logins will be checked against PenCS licensing portal. Users should use their PenCS account
- Send to PATCAT has been updated to allow sending data without using the username and password
- Updated Practice Management
  - Practices will be automatically pulled down from PenCS licensing portal and created in PATCAT. Existing practices needs to be merged
  - Practice username and password is limited to legacy Send to PATCAT usage (i.e. for CAT4s not yet updated to use the updated Send to PATCAT)
Patient Data
- Raw data no longer stored in the database, to reduce database size and will be stored in the same folder as the PATCAT website
- Data files are zipped and password protected
- Existing data will need to be migrated (please have sufficient storage)
PATCAT Reports

  - Event Summary Uploads
  - Event Summary Age

Functionality Updates
- Show / Hide Column
  - Selections can be optionally persisted
  - Selections only applies to the grid report (i.e. on the grid that is displayed when clicking "View Report")
  - A message is shown in the grid report when a column is hidden

  - Added < 12 months in "Last Visit Filter"
  - Removed "HIV" filter
- Import Window
  - Added "Download" button to download data in CSV format in each tab
  - Added "Download All" to download all data from each tab into a single CSV file
- The "Measures, PHN and Adjusted columns has been frozen in the report grid (i.e. on the grid that is displayed when clicking "View Report")
- Counts in the each audit month to display the number of practices without data
- Report timelines can now plot either "Counts" or "Percentage" values in the timeline graph
